HomeCo. Building a Better Town Centre

This transformational development along the existing Town Centre will be a social hub and dynamic focal point for Glenmore Park residents. Our comprehensive revitalisation and development project represents a $20m investment in the local community, fostering economic growth and creating approximately 150 construction jobs throughout the duration of the project.

Service NSW is on track for a March 2024 opening and in addition to the new anchor tenants, other exciting retailers joining the centre include Soda & Espresso Café, diverse food operators offering alfresco dining and a vibrant new community space centred around the beloved tree on Town Terrace.

In alignment with HomeCo's commitment to sustainability, the development is targeting a 4 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia with EV Chargers and solar panels soon to be installed. This underscores HomeCo's dedication to creating sustainable and healthy communities within the areas our centres are positioned in.
