New Service NSW Centre now open at foot of the Mountains

Service NSW

People living in Sydney's west and lower Blue Mountains will benefit from an additional Service NSW Centre to renew their licence, apply for a Working with Children Check or request an Owner-Builder Permit with the opening of the Glenmore Park Service NSW Centre.

The centre welcomes customers on Level 1 of HomeCo. Glenmore Park Town Centre at 33 Town Terrace, allowing people living and working in Glenmore Park, Jamisontown, Emu Plains, Glenbrook and surrounding areas to easily access 1300 government transactions and services in the one spot.

This centre provides the foot of the Blue Mountains with a third Service Centre option, complementing Penrith and Springwood Service NSW Centres.

Close to 50,000 customer visits are expected at Glenmore Park Service Centre in the first year and 18 team members will be based there to provide high-quality customer service and assist people over the counter or via the self-serve touch screens.

Driver testing will be available with about 80 tests to be available each week.

The Service Centre is open Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm and Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm.

Glenmore Park Service NSW Centre is the 117th Service Centre to open across the State, after the new Macquarie Fields Driver Testing Centre opened its doors in December.

The Macquarie Fields Driver Testing Centre offers around 300 driving tests a week, especially to support overseas licence holders safely and seamlessly convert to a NSW Driver’s Licence.

The people of Sydney’s north west will be further serviced by another Service NSW Centre opening at Tallawong in the coming months.
